Smile Please by Exie-Kun Smile Please by Exie-Kun
wow what a lame title

So just taking a little break from chibi commissions. I'll go back to those after I eat lunch. So uh the chick in the picture is me and I have messy hair woo hoo.

No fabulous swishy shiny hair for me like those chicks you see in the shampoo commercials :iconfliphairplz:

Um so yeah. Trying to practice with that coloring. Tell me what you think if you'd like.

Random background yay.

The reason there's pink under my eyes is because I always have bags under my eyes that are like purple. But when I used purple it looked weird so I just used a pink. Tired eyes.

That's all I gotta say. Sorry for my weird awkward talking...or typing...

Hmm..try using colors that don't differ so much from the peachy skin color. That way when you add the pink, it won't look so bold. Also, you might want to try using the Airbrush tool when shading. I've found that it gives a really smooth shade. And then if you want to blend it out, you can use the 'Water' tool. It doesn't giving you more of the color that you have selected. It's just another blending tool. (Or at least that's how I've been using it. It works well.) And the whole airbrush and water tool process can be used for everything that you're trying to give shade, and light to. And I have nothing to say about the shirt, I love it. *__*

I actually did use the 'Water' tool to blend xD I've been finding it helpful. Thanks for the tips though c: They're all very helpful. I'm actually wearing that shirt right now xD So I thought I'd add it on in the picture.

Alright. Then all you should try out is the air brush tool. :'D And remember, don't be afraid to lower/raise the density of brushes, or lower/raise the opacity of the layer.
I'm wearing one of my Gir shirts..It would take forever to draw, since there are a bunch of cupcakes all over it.
